Blacburg has all the summer jobs you could possibly stand, but I guess that doesn't do you any good

I seen some a few weeks ago. Mostly life guard stuff. And some for the town of Wise town crew. Look in the Coalfield or Post.
You should apply at sykes, they take part time help and you can tell em you are taking summer classes so they will about have to give you the schedule you want. Just dont tell them that its "just for the summer". Youll probably make a few more dollars an hour than minimum wage too.
ahh i dont think i could handle sykes, i classify them as a "fast food job" im looking for some construction work or something along those lines. i would take about anything except for sykes and fast food. thanks though
